Terms and Conditions of booking


1.  A deposit of 25% (non-refundable) must accompany the booking form, the balance is due four weeks
     prior to commencement of the holiday.
    
2.  If you are forced to cancel your booking please telephone us immediately and confirm in writing.
     Once a deposit has been paid you have entered into  a contract and are liable to pay the balance even if
     the holiday has to be cancelled, unless we are able  to re-let the cottage, in which case the deposit only
     is forfeited. We advise you to take out separate insurance cover to cover the possibility of
     cancellation.
    
3.  Bookings are from 4pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10am on the Saturday of departure.
   
4.  During October - March an extra charge of £10 per week will be made for electricity.
    
5.  The Resident is wholly responsible for the condition of the property and the furniture and equipment
     therein. All damage and breakages must be reported at once and paid for. Guests are requested to leave
     the property as they found it.
    
6.  The Owner is not responsible to the Resident or members of the Resident's party for loss or damage
     to any belongings of any of them or of any of  their visitors.
        
7.  Maximum number of occupants must not exceed the number stated on the booking form unless written
     approval is obtained.
    
8.  The information and descriptions contained in the Owners brochure are for guidance only. The Owner
     shall not be held liable for any mis-description or false information contained therein.

9.   The Owner means Mrs. J Grippaudo and her successors to title, the owners of the cottage.
      The Resident means means the person signing the booking form.
      The Property means the cottage described in the brochure.
