On entering the cottage there is a hall with hooks for coats and a coin operated telephone.

The lounge is large with a beamed ceiling, feature open wood burning fireplace, TV, two comfortable sofas, stereo music centre, books, window seats and a large dining table at one end. There is also a separate dining room.

The kitchen is fitted to high specification with electric oven
and hob, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
Upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There are a further two good sized twin bedrooms with wardrobes. Duvets are provided on all beds. |

The bathroom has a tiled inset bath and shower with a curtain, vanity basin and wc. Views from the back bedroom and bathroom are unspoilt, looking over fields to the sea and beyond. Running the width of the house at the rear is a courtyard garden which is enclosed and secluded with ample garden furniture provided. |

Parking for one car is available directly outside the house.
The cottage is part double glazed and has economy 7 storage heaters throughout. Electricity is included during the summer months with an extra charge of £10.00 between October - March.
